Coaching Experience, Skating Background and Additional Training

I'm a 4-time national competitor, Junior Pair Champion of Canada, and have competed for Canada internationally. My competitive career gave me a deep understanding of what it truly takes to succeed at the highest levels of figure skating.

For the past 20+ years, I've channeled that experience into coaching athletes from the grass roots up to the competitive level. I know what it takes to compete, to push through challenges, and to reach your goals and I love helping my skaters do exactly that.

Coaching Philosophy

Skating has been my life's passion, and that passion drives everything I do as a coach. Coaching is not a job for me it is my passion. I believe in teaching athletes not just how to skate, but how to love the journey, the early mornings, the falls, the breakthroughs, and the victories. My goal is for every skater I work with to walk away from their time with me a stronger, more confident, and more inspired athlete.
