Coaching Experience, Skating Background and Additional Training

• Olympic competitor in 2014, representing Italy

• World championships competitor and national champion. Canadian Junior silver medalist in 2009 before continuing skating journey representing Italy.

• Trained under world renowned coaches Tom Zakrajsek, Becky, Calvin and Doug Leigh.

• Director and owner of previous successful skating schools.

• Guided athletes early steps to the world junior championships and junior Grand Prix, as well as national titles and medals across all 4 national levels. Coached athletes from other countries, recently the 2023 Thailand level 7 national champion.

• Skate Canada provincial course learning facilitator.

Coaching Philosophy

My goal as a coach is to encourage the love of skating while instilling values of good sportsmanship in all my students. I hope to cultivate good work ethics, perseverance and a sense of accomplishment that can be applied to all areas of life.

I have taken skaters from CanSkate to a National level as well as guiding them to accomplishing Gold medals in Free Skate, Skills and Artistic
